Used for a carport roof leak (flat roof with standing water in some spots). I tried other sealants with no luck. Tried this, and it sealed everything really well. Easy to paint on, little thicker than normal paint, but you can use a normal roller for it. Dried quick. Going to order a bigger bucket to do the rest of the carport!

Do not buy this paint from this distributor

Both cans had paint that was dried out and had thick dry film on the walls of the can and hard thick flakes . After mixing the paint with drill mixer I applied it to the roof. It took me forever to try to flatten it . I still have hard flakes on the surface everywhere on the top of the paint. 1/3 of the can iwas totally unusable. Now I need to buy new paint from home depot and try to apply another layer. I do not know how this paint was stored but it is expired. Never received the refund, since I started the roof painting after the 14 day grace period on the product.
