I really love how this vegetable alkaline leveled powder makes me feel. I take this with my Vega protein plant-based powder and beetroot powder and I feel healthy fulfilled energized and I don't have my severe cravings for a lot of sugar or a lot of salty crunchy snacks. if you want to stay away from sugary cravings and salty crunchy snacks which is a double whammy for me maybe for you try it. after almost two whole weeks of trying it I feel better energize I have no crashes. I usually incorporate this with my other powders with my choice of one cup of mixed fresh berries or one cup of Frozen mixed berries choose the berries of your liking whether it's fresh whether it's frozen it will add extra antioxidants to your smoothie.

Start with just a half scoop, it may be a bit too strong at first, and it may cause some stomach discomfort because of its powerful ingredients , otherwise an excellent greens powder to consume.
