The only downside is that the oil can be a bit thick, so I prefer to mix it into a small glass of juice or smoothie instead of taking it straight. Have been using this for a week and see the difference in my vision. I must have been so low on Vitamin A the natural and best form. This is really a quality product; its hard to find the natural good form of Vitamin A in Cod Liver Oil, usually they add the synthetic form. The taste is great by the way. No fishy taste or burp. Highly recommend it!!!
