Too big and strech out

My child wears a 4t and I've bought many garanimals leggings and the 4t has always fit her. These style leggings were huge on her and I had to roll the top piece over a little bit which helped them fit better. By the end of the day though, the fabric to the leggings was stretched out everywhere and they were hanging off of her. They are super cute, but I definitely wouldn't recommend these specific heart style leggings.
