Great product!

Gaia Herbs supplements are very good quality product, I include several Gaia products into my daily regimen. I bought Quick Defense for my son. I give him every time he is getting cold or sick. Usually it helps him getting better in a couple of days.

fantastic product

I have used this when I feel something coming on several times and it works! You take 2 up to 5 times per day and for me, by the 2nd day, I feel better. You do have to do it right away when you have an inkling something is coming on. It's pricey, but worth it!

I Love This Brand!

The majority of my supplements are from Gaia Herbs. Quality brand with clean organic ingredients. I most commonly use their Liver Cleanse, Resveratrol, Vitex Berry, Women's Balance, Plant Force Liquid Iron, Oregano Oil… I have seen instant benefits in using the required dosage in minimal time. Some of their supplements don't have a taste while others might leave an aftertaste, it all depends on the herbal composition of the product. The Quick Defense along with the others listed on this review have greatly helped me manage my peri-menopause. Very grateful to this brand.
