Very nice for any gabby dollhouse lover . i bought on sale and even if it wasnt i would still have made the purchase. Very nicely made and love the fact u can add rooms onto the sides so no space is empty(shown in picture). only downfall with it i wish they hadnt used cardboard inserts for the room pictures. i see that breaking very easily . other than that its cute and makes a wonderful gift .
