Tires seem to be good; of course, only time will tell. Service, not so much. I had an 11:00am timeslot, they didn't take my vehicle in till 11:40. There is a progress checker on the app, meant to show when the service is started, in progress and finished. It was never updated, I was in the waiting area so saw when they wee done. (On the way home, about 45 minutes later, the app updated with "service completed"). Counter guy very unfriendly; when I asked at 11:30 if he had a timeline for the work, he said "you'll get a message when we're done. No idea how long"
