Nice outfit, terrible seller response to fix issue

I ordered two of the outfits as I am having twins. When they arrived one outfit did not have the hat that was to come in the set. I reached out to the seller with the issue and they responded and asked for photos. I sent photos and they responded asking if a hat was missing. I responded with yes and that I was hoping for matching sets as I was having twins and they never responded or sent a replacement to correct the issue. The outfit itself is cute. I have yet to try it on our babies as they are not here yet and will just have to improvise on the missing item. Just disappointing as I was really looking forward to getting some cute matching picture's.
