We have 10 Tripp Lite Battery Backup Units in two locations. Greenville and Simpsonville. We rely on these units to allow us to properly shut down equipment when the power abruptly goes out. These units keep us from losing vital studies on our ultrasound equipment. We also use Tripp Lite for our switches and servers. We thank you for this product. I would recommend this to anyone for their network environment.

I would buy this product again, but nds new central software

Setup is super easy. The Tripplite PowerAlert centralized console needs to be updated with a new interface to be more in line with other current monitoring applications. Currently, the interface and lack of options seem like it is out of the middle of the 1990's. I realize I could set up and use an snmp monitor, but I think given the cost of the card, there should be an included monitoring tool that is robust.
