I am lactose intolerant, gluten, intolerant, and have diverticulosis. I take these and it helps me from running to the bathroom right away! I recommend setting the bottle with the cap facing down because the gummy's tend to stick to the bottom of the bottle, making it very hard to reach in and get them out.
