Great for adults and kids

I was recommended this by some friends when I asked how to help my son's tummy when he ate bacteria from raw meat. I decided to try this- apparently can use it for all that ails you! I do notice a quicker recovery time of symptoms when we take it after getting sick with cold/flu. The taste is slightly bitter- but mixed with a cup or water or juice you can't taste.
