Too much water restriction
Just installed this and the water pressure is far too weak. It has a built in restrictor that cannot be removed. 3 people each took showers with it and asked for the old wand back.

Hello M2018, Thank you for your review on the Delta Premium 5-Setting Hand Shower. I am so sorry to hear that the hand shower did not meet your expectations due to the lowered flow rate. This hand shower has been designed to dispense 1.75 gallons of water per minute. If you are more familiar with using a shower head or hand held shower which dispenses 2 or 2.5 gallons of water per minute, you will notice a slight decrease in the amount of water the model puts out. If you are not fully satisfied with this model, we do offer this same model which has a 2 GPM flow rate under the model number 59434-20-PK. I would try to reach out to the store where you originally purchased the hand shower to see if they will take it back so you can exchange it for a model with a higher gallon per minute flow rate.
