Moen 3669EPORB Rubbed Bronze eco-performance handshower

My family purchased an older home 10 years ago. There were a variety of fixtures and hardware throughout the home. Many of the plumbing fixtures were crumbling/in bad shape, except one. The only fixture in the home with a Moen brand was the only one in nearly new condition. Since then we've only purchased Moen products and have never had any issues. We recently purchased a Moen shower wand and had a slider bar break after a few months. All it took was a quick email to Moen and without any hassle or questions, a new slider was in the mail. If that's not perfect customer service, I don't know what is. They stand behind their products 100%. I'll be a customer for life.
