Some of the lights for sale are actually intended for use in Europe and could potentially be a fire hazard. It holds two bulbs and my room is very bright now. It was pretty easy to install, with the only flaw being the insulation kept hiding the screws, but we eventually got them line up. The globe is glass.

Beautiful Ceiling Light
Great fixture with glass to slow better lighting also added a dimmer for my dinning room. Over my sink it gets nice bright light. Couldn't find fixture with clear cover so this is nice because glass is wavy so bulbs still looks great.
