Costume super fun to wear and was a hit with everyone who saw it. Loved wearing it. Im 5'10, 170lbs. Fit well and there was more room for it to stretch. Uses batteries (not included), but I was able to plug in my portable power banks (not included). Has to be on the entire time to stay inflated. Used it for 6 hours straight with my power banks. Hard to sit down and use restroom with it inflated, but easy to put on and take off.

I got this as a part of my Halloween costume and I would say it's worth it! It's exactly as described. You step into the costume and turn on the fan, then you close up the waist as tight as possible so as little as the air escapes as possible. It then takes about a minute to fully blow up and you're golden. The cons are that if you move around a lot or don't properly secure the waist then you will have a lot of air escaping and deflating the dragon. It will occasionally droop because of that but as long as you aren't running in this thing you should be fine. You can easily tell when it's fully blown up. It's also bigger than you think and it's very easy to bump into things with it on (definitely more of an outdoor costume). The pros are that it's obviously really cool and eye catching. The colours are very vibrant and fun. You can use the reigns to move the head around so that's a neat function. Additionally, the fan is on the right side by your butt and I can imagine that on a hot day it would cool you down just a little. I got the 72 inch version because I'm around 5'10-5'11 and it was just long enough to cover my shoes, thus not ruining the immersion. If you were a lot taller it would look silly but if you are slightly shorter then this version should be perfect, or else buy the smaller one.
