I bought this for when my grandchildren (ages 3 and 5) come to visit. They love it! Extremely well manufactured and very sturdy. All holes drilled in exactly the right locations. Putting it together (with the supplied tools) was a breeze. It rotates in a circle as well as teeter-tottering. No sharp edges or pinch areas. The paint has no dings or chips and looks like it will stand up to weather. I have never left mine outside when not in use though. The long pole/seats/handlebars assembly seats down over the base shaft without any attachment. When not in use, I simply lift the pole assembly off the base and hang both pieces on the garage wall.
