. You will need:. • ¼ Cup water. • ¼ Cup vegetable Oil. • 1 Egg. 1 Preheat oven to 32ºF. Prepare balking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray. 2 Place water, oil and egg in medium bowl and stir until fully mixed. Add brownie mix and fudge pouch (enclosed): stir until well blended. Spread in prepared pan. 3 Bakes as directed below. Cool completely in pan before cutting. Pan Size: 8"x8" (Metal); Bake Time: 40-44 minutes. Pan Size: 8"x8" (Glass); Bake Time: 45-49 minutes. Pan Size: 9"x9" (Metal); Bake Time: 40-44 minutes. • Do not overbake. Fresh-baked brownies appear underbaked but cool to doneness. • For thicker brownie, make batter using 2 tablespoons water. ¼ cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. Bake as directed. • High Altitude: Add ⅓ cup all-purpose flour and an additional 2 tablespoons water.

I don't usually give five stars, but if you haven't tried this brownie mix, then so far you've only had subpar brownies. Ghirardelli is probably my favorite brownie mix maker, but this particular flavor is just the greatest. ever. of all time. Chocolatey, rich, and sweet without being too sweet, it also has chocolate bits which really contribute to the overall experience. And it's easy to make. In a word: perfect. I'm only going to be using this brownie mix from now on.

I don't ever deviate from these brownies. There just isn't anything better. I add the chocolate ganache to the top instead of adding to the mix. Run a toothpick through it to make a pretty design and they're ready for any party or potluck.
