Remarkable melting chocolate
I love using Ghirardelli milk chocolate baking bars to make chocolate-covered gummy bears. This chocolate is good quality and wonderful flavor and gives me remarkable smooth results for my candy. I also use Ghirardelli Melting Wafers because they melt smoothly and harden with a glossy finish without requiring me to temper my chocolate
