It's light bulbs. They work and they don't prematurely burn out. Make sure you do some research and figure out the watts and wether you want soft or white light. These are soft. bright enough for me to read but easy on the eyes. wouldn't recommend for a vanity or something that requires more watts and white light.

I had a 5 light halogen fixture in my bath that needed to be replaced.; I replaced it with a new 4 light fixture, not halogen, but wanted the same brightness. I first purchased the GE Reveal bulbs …..VERY bright, TOO bright for me, yet they are great for my workshop. I purchased the GE RELAX (same 60 watt as the Reveal) and WOW! These bulbs are still bright yet with a warmer tone. The Relax bulb does not cast any ‘yellowing' which was my major concern. Both the Reveal %26 Relax have a place in my home; Reveal for areas where I need true, bright white light and the Relax for rooms where I need bright light, just softer. There are so many bulb options available today %26 can be quite expensive. For me, my trial %26 error was worth the time %26 cost. TY!
