Not DIY friendly

It's great that you are able to purchase this product. But make sure you are able to figure out how to replace it, or want to pay someone. It comes with no instructions. When you search on the site you find someone who did ask. The answer is it requires some disassembly we recommend contacting service. That's fine if you want to recommend service but many people can do this on their own with instructions. Give them instructions and let them decide if they want to take the risk of doing it themselves.
