Just know when you order this through Walmart, it gets shipped through a very unprofessional third-party shipper. This item came all the way from California to Massachusetts. It was delivered to the wrong address completely. When I called Walmart, I was informed that because it was a personal care item, and even though I reported that it wasn't delivered to my door that they would not refund my money at all. I guess the long and short story is, the chair is great, but shipping at 3000 miles, from California to Massachusetts not only took a long time, but the third-party shipper my local Walmart store agrees, has lots of complaints about them, actually delivered it to the wrong house completely. Again, I immediately reported it to Walmart and I was told that I could not get a refund probably because it was a personal care item, but clearly I could see the picture of the box and unopened, shipped and delivered to the wrong house completely. Thankfully the person whose house it did arrive at, was an honest person, and saw my name and address and actually brought it to my house for my delivery by them. I recommend that you should buy a shower chair at your local big box or medical supplies store, where you actually live, so something like this, doesn't happen to you.

All necessary assembly not delivered. This item came to me in pieces in a box obviously opened and in a shipping box. Two support members, per illustration, not in box. There were 4 long bolts, not 5, as needed to make the legs of chair sturdy. In addition, separate grab rail, doesn't hold to shower wall after affixing several times; totally increases the insecurity of using its purpose! Disappointed
