Old rolled roofing like new!

Used 2 buckets. Took a minute to use the right amount per square foot, but the guidance in the directions was spot on and it covered exactly as said. Rolled on the second coat the next day. Customer very pleased with the way all the cracks in old rolled roofing filled in with the first coat, and leveled out real nice with the second coat.

Went on easy, looks good, and most importantly it sealed up the small leaks and keeps the rain out. The roof took a lot of cleaning, prep, and caulking problem areas but applying this product itself was easy and it has a very nice looking, clean gloss finish to it. It is a nice solid coat surface and is thick yet flexible enough that it seems like it will last a long time - I just applied it two weeks ago.
