HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR RELIEF OF PAIN!!
Fits PERFECT, Assembles EASILY - if you feel pain under your arms from strap, be sure to move the soft cushion outside strap further down. I had an Rx for one of these type of back braces years ago (when I was size Medium!!!), and that totally got worn out and, well, I grew WAAAAAY out of it, lol. With chronic and often acute lower back pain, mid back pain (residual herniated disc pain) and upper back/shoulder pain - This is most definitely for you! Like the other poster said, once she put it on she felt instant relief. I found that also to be true! I just took it off (because I put it on over my shirt 'cause I couldn't wait to try it on, and boy, my mid back immediately started hurting again, my upper back and shoulder immediately started stiffening up again. I am on Permanent Disability and don't make much, but believe me, this is so worth it if you suffer chronic lower/upper back and shoulder pain. Instant relief!

Helps with back problems
I purchased this back brace to help with weakness in my back. It helps support my upper back when walking. It fits me well, and seems to be of good quality. It was a bit pricey, but if it helps my back situation, I guess it will be worth it.
