Simple easy twist and pull to load batteries. Love the Milk Froth it makes. Remember make the Milk Froth first, Then Add on top of the lotto... Too fast for hot chocolate. But make a small amount at the bottom of the cup first. Then add the rest in with a spoon or use a very deep and tall container To hold in the fast whirling liquid.
