My hair never looked better

I only took this supplement for two months and my hair grew 3.8 cm! I have very fine, curly hair and I was thrilled with the results from these capsules. My hair felt thicker and it grew much faster than it usually does. My fingernails are usually bendy and easily tear but when I took these, they became more rigid and it was harder to bend them. If you are trying to gain more thickness to your hair I would give these a chance. Just be sure to drink a lot of water because biotin needs it.

Excellent!

I'm so happy to have discovered the FutureBiotics, Hair, Skin & Nails! I started talking this in mid May, so 4 months ago, in conjunction with NOW Foods, L-Lysine, 500 mg, as last year due to a period of extreme stress, I lost a lot of hair, right on the front centre, so a bit visible.... so another reason to be even more stress. Thank God since I started talking this combo, I can happily report that my hair has improved, I don't have that much missing as I had last year, just little small spots remain, but only visible to me that I know where to look for. My plan now is to complete my second bottle of FutureBiotics, Hair, Skin & Nails and then take a couple of months of break, and then start again. I hope you all enjoy my review and that someone feel confident to give it a try as I did 4 months ago, you will not regret it.

I have a used these vitamins in the past. They work for me. I start out with three a day. Then I reduce to 1or2 after 30days. It .makes all your hair grow. Be ready to wax and shave frequently. I your get acne reduce pills and your skin will clear up
