Awesome product if the box wasn't destroyed.

Came in an envelope, not even a box. Product box was caved in and ripped from being put in an envelope instead of a box, and considering this is a collector's item, the condition of the box is important. Walmart told me they couldn't process an exchange or refund because this was a marketplace order, but that they'd forward it along to the seller to handle. That's been almost 2 weeks and I've heard nothing.
