It's a awesome piece but I put it in a pop protector only so it wouldn't get any more damage. Idk if it's done in the warehouse or packing or delivery but the box has damage all over. Was shipped in a plastic wrapper. 3 stars is generous.

Don't panic. Customer Service has got you covered.

The items quality was not very appealing. At first glance the package clearly shows damage. Indents and creases, as well as the corners showing a bit of tear, but not too noticeable. There was mostly indents. As for the returns and customer service, if I could rate it, I would gladly give it 5 Stars hands down. There was no hassle and they saved me the trouble of returning the items through mail by allowing me to keep the damaged item. Refund was also approved and processed accordingly!
