These panties are a nice, thick, soft cotton that pulls up past your navel and covers your hips and bottom fully. They are snug fitting and I love them. I am 250 pounds and I fit the 2 x perfectly, they are as the size you order are. The colors are nice and plain, I would order these panties in more colors again. They are strong to wash and will last a long time in wear. I would tumble dry them on low to not shrink them or air dry. The quality of the material is strong and good. The waist band is fitting and smooth. They look exactly like the picture online. Great cheap choice with good material yes. The inside lining of the panties is white.
