Fruit and Nut Bars

I really enjoyed this bar. The dark chocolate has a rich, slightly bitter taste that balances perfectly with the sweetness of the coconut. The coconut is noticeable but not overpowering, and everything comes together really well. It doesn't taste overly sweet or artificial, which I appreciate. The texture is a great mix of crunchy and slightly chewy, and it holds together nicely without being sticky. I also like that it feels like a more “real food” snack — you can actually see and taste the ingredients. It's filling enough to keep me satisfied between meals and works well as an on-the-go snack. Overall, it's a great option if you enjoy dark chocolate and nut-based snacks. I would definitely buy it again.
