I really liked this dress. it made my delivery more comfortable, as I have some sensory issues and hospital gowns are very irritating. It also offered me more comfort in the way of coverage, not constantly having to adjust it to keep it closed, but still giving access when I got an epidural. The snaps for breastfeeding were also very convenient, though a bit difficult to open and close one handed it was still doable. As for sizing, I was wearing a large while pregnant and it fit closer to a 2-3x so it was oversized but still fit comfortably without falling off my shoulders. I'd say max size would be a 4x.
