Perfect for meatball hoagies.

I made a big pot of meatball hoagie sauce. Those frozen meatballs and spaghetti sauce are a perfect combo in these hoagie buns. Top it off with my shredded cheese and you have something quite yummy.

great for meatball subs

I bought and toasted these sub buns up for hubby's meatball subs. I split them first, of course. I brushed with just a touch of butter and sprinkled some herbs on before toasting. Then I topoed with the sauce, meatballs, and cheese and popped them back in the oven to melt the cheese. The subs held up well, and the flavor was nice. I like being able to buy just the two so food doesn't go to waste.
