Yummy! Love these rolls. The outside is somewhat chewy like a bagel and the inside has got a wonderful texture too. My favorites. And, far cheaper than most bakery rolls. And, unlike the mass-produced breads, these actually will grow mold if you manage to not eat them within a week or two. To me, that's a good thing! - they're not full of stuff even mold won't eat.

We absolutely live the flavor of these rolls! Only negative is that they tend to get moldy VERY quickly! If you know you will eat them within a couple of days these are great! If it's just you, know that they probably won't keep for a week.
