This meat is SOOOOOO good! It melts in your mouth, it's SO tender. I like it cold or warmed up. My fav is with melted cheese and sour cream, on an egg wrap. I'm recovering from some pretty serious surgery so this is very convenient for my meal prep. I get it from Walmart delivery. Perfect for Keto or Carnivore diets too! Is it tri-tip or rib-eye?
