I think it can easily be a blank canvas and people can tailor it into their personal preference with relish, mustard, or hot sauce. You get some crunch with the celery, the flavor is a creamy, sweet mayo base. The chicken tastes and eats like hand pulled white meat rotisserie chicken, so some chunks are bigger and I have experienced some gristly bits on occasion which makes me feel like my mom made it. 8/10 Improvements, plastic seal shreds and is impossible to peel off. I appreciate the food safety aspect, and that I KNOW it will never leak, even if it's thrown into the bottom of a bag. The cost, I feel like premade chicken salad is seen as low brow so the price feels too expensive for its audience.
