Tastes just like egg salad that I used to make. Egg prices increased such that this prepared item was more cost effective for me and less time consuming. I do not like boiling, peeling and chopping up the eggs, I do add a little white pepper, dill weed and paprika to this product. Makes a great sandwich on seedless rye, pumpernickel or white bread, I like a little mayo spread on one side. Price has gone up like everything else. However, I still purchase it for the convenience factor. It is very tasty.

You can buy the sandwiches already made or do like I did to get the egg salad mixture itself. I'd have preferred a larger container. But apart from that, the food was yummy.
