5 Stars. It tastes fresh. The noodles are perfectly cooked for just the right amount of bite and texture. The amount of sweet vs tart is perfect. I would say it is a tad more tart than sweet which makes it taste so good. I crave the vinegar in this. It is not too moist or dry. It contains some slivers of crunchy celery soft red pepper and teeny tiny crunchy carrots. It looks as though inflation has not hit this product yet. Hope it never does.

I add sliced green olives to it and just stir It up. and it's absolutely perfect !
