This was the best chicken salad I have ever tasted. They had a couple different kinds advertised but I decided on the one with the cranberries, celery and pecans in it. I had tried it before from a friend at work and it was delicious. The chicken is ground very smooth and spreads easily.

My mother made a delicious chicken salad while she was still able to prepare food. In my desire to find a substitute I tried this one. It's so similar to my mother's, minus the love %26 the celery. I routinely buy this, it's that good! You get plenty, the container makes three "plump" sandwiches.
