Usually, your broccoli is fine. the problem comes when you have someone shop your items. I'd say a quarter of the time they pick out produce that I wouldn't buy if I was there doing it myself. If it wasn't for that experience, I would be giving your broccoli five stars

Rubbery (Foxy brand) broccoli. Not “freshly cut” at all! While bending it; waiting for the freshness “snap”, it didn't occur till the stalk was nearly touching itself. Shopping staff and produce staff need to check the produce more often. Each piece.

The unbagged broccoli is usually damaged or rotten

When I get the pre-bagged head broccoli it's good, but when I order it and they choose the unbagged stuff it's usually damaged, and rotting. There seems to be no way for me to specify bagged vs unbagged, since I don't want pre-cut florets. This need to be remedied.
