2 wheels were freely spinning, 2 wheels were not. i put the free spinning ones on front and the low spinning ones on back. there was a barcoad on the front of thr feeder that I had to get the goo off with my bumper sticker remover before i could use it. i use it to hold bird seed for my finches and parakeet.

i was looking for a weatherproof co tainer to store my sugar. i stock up when its onsale and needed a container thst will keep out moisture and bugs. i needed a certain size to fit in a small space and i couldnt find any totes that would fit just right. This item popped up on a item you may like section and it fits perfectly. bonus it held 12 pks of 4lb sugar. i put the wheels on it and now i can move it around if needed. i liked its made in USA so lets hope it lasts along time for the price. i got other containers from this company and they seem to be good and sturdy. fingers crossed theyll outlast me. give them a try.
