I have a little glass of milk with that that's my breakfast every single morning. I'm 77 year-old woman I still work full-time. I have a skin care business. A Very tasty morning waffle
These are my go-to for a quick breakfast, they fit in a sandwich bag if I need to take them to work and pop in the toaster there. They are good plain, but i like to add butter and jam. sometimes I will add syrup, but most of the time I prefer the jelly or jam, (grape) They toast up well on med-high with a nice crisp crunch, being that they are frozen they need a higher heat so that they are not mushy. they are decent sized, and 2 waffles are only 180 calories. They are very tasty, and they smell great when you first pop them out of the toaster. Kids love them. Great to have in the freezer when you are in a hurry in the morning
