The co-ops that produce coffee from the Sierra Nevada region of Colombia were created to unite local farming families in the area and to help eliminate the competitive farming practices that previously drove the regional market.

I'm hesitant to do reviews, but honestly! The minute I opened the bag, I knew it was going to be good! The aroma was amazing. . I limit myself to 1 cup of coffee in the afternoon, the day I tried organic Colombian, I had 2 cups back to back! Smooth and full taste is an understatement. . I will be buying more, and trying different brands. . thank you

Great Cup of Joe
I enjoy a good medium-roast coffee. Too light and there's not enough flavor, and too dark results in a burnt taste. A good medium-roast coffee has a rich, bold flavor and aroma that satisfies the senses. For me, the Organic Colombian Roasted Coffee checks all of the boxes. I enjoy having the whole beans and the ability to grind them just before brewing, maximizing their flavor. Here's something that may offend coffee purists—for me, combining this coffee with a quality percolator produces the best coffee experience imaginable. The coffee is unaltered by plastic parts or paper filters. Nothing but stainless steel participates in the brewing process, so the full flavor of this wonderful coffee comes through. The Fresh Roasted Coffee Company produces many excellent coffees, and this is one of my favorites.
