Fresh Cut Petite Carrots, 12 oz Bag

I've had several different types and brands of these and have been disappointed many times. This one turned out perfect and I was so grateful because I was cooking for 11 people. I used three at once. Everyone raved about it. I took my largest cookie sheet, covered in parchment paper with thin layer of olive oil on top. Set the three tenderloins evenly spaced apart on the pan. In a gallon bag, I tossed in a bag of baby carrots, 1 inch cubes of russet potatos, a tablespoon or two of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and massaged in the oils and seasonings to all the veggies through the bag. I sprinkled those veggies around my tenderloins on the same baking sheet. I put a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the largest tenderloin and set it to alert me at 139°. Baked sheet with veggies and tenderloins at 400° for about 30 minutes, when my thermometer alarmed. Pulled out of the oven and temperature continued to rise up to 149°. I didn't want it to be overcooked so I began slicing the tenderloin it at that point. With the largest tenderloin reaching 149° after I pulled it out of the oven I was afraid it was going to be dry and overcooked, but it was so juicy and tender that everyone could cut it with the side of their fork. Super easy and affordable meal for a large group and EVERYONE loved it! While it was baking, I made a fruit salad, tossed together a Caesar salad kit and fried green tomatoes on the stove. I also made a dip for the fried green tomatoes that everyone loved and even put on their pork because it was so yummy. The dip was 8 ounces of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of prepared horseradish (I might've added closer to 2 tablespoons) and a half tablespoon of prepared mustard (would have done a tablespoon of Dijon mustard instead, if I had it).

than regular baby carrots. I love the petite ones. these were fresh and crunchy. and for those if you who say there aren't any nutritional benefits in baby carrots. they are literally just regular carrots whittled down to this size. you are wrong . that's how they make these. if you think they grow this way and are telling people there are no vitamins or anything in them you are just trying to sound smart and healthy when actually you're wrong and don't know how these are produced. stop telling people that . read a book. watch a carrot video .
