This 39EB500GRA ClassicFlame 39" Traditional Built-in Electric Fireplace Insert, Dual Voltage Option, 91.37 lbs, is designed as an alternative to a wood burning fireplace and provides a beautiful and affordable substitute for a gas insert and features a traditional log set. The insert comes with a multifunction remote control and integrated junction box for hard-wire applications. Fixed tempered glass panel helps to give the look of a built in fireplace. Total surround flange allows for flush mounting to finished wall surfaces. Dual voltage technology allows this unit to be used for 120 or 240 volt applications. The electronics have a memory and can be wired to a switch. The onscreen function indicator lights up when operated to display temperature, brightness settings, heater function and the timer function. The insert can be used with or without heat for all season enjoyment.

Very High Quality Product
Besides all the highlighted features per the checkmarks, the unit was shipped so carefully it might as well have been high-priced electronics. We had previously ordered a unit from another manufacturer that was so poorly crated that the unit showed through and was so damaged, it had to be returned. What a difference for your product, and much better quality, as well!

I would buy this fireplace again, Product is great
HI, I like everything about it, I built a full split face rock hearth and surround with full mantel. My hole family loves it, our guests cannot believe how nice it is. I did have a problem with it during set up and customer service helped me right over the phone and help fix the problem .

Looks great and gives off a decent amount of heat. I've seen other comments stating it has a loud hum but not in this case. It's a very low hum and you can barely hear it. Overall great product, looks great and our guest like it a lot. i bought this fireplace instead of having a firewood or gas one installed. I like this a lot better. The glass panel door can be a bit tough at times to open and close, they should look into a better way of opening/closing the glass. 10/10 Highly recommend
