Love these!! They are tiny versatile flavor packed gems. They are the next best thing to home grown and lot less trouble. They not only add to the taste of your dish, but to the beauty too. We eat with our eyes and our tastebuds. These jewels make delightful Hueavos Pericos, great addition to any salad, and wonderful dipped in your favorite dressing or just by themselves on a hot summer day. My favorite way to use them are with fresh Mozzarella, fig balsamic vinegar and fresh ground pepper. Some say all it is missing is the basil. You can certainly add it if you like, but I love it just the way it is. You know that good Italian restaurant nearby? I can have my Ensalada Capresse at home in no time and less money.
