Helps stop water retention in swollen feet Limes are higher in vitamins a and calcium than lemons, and they help stop water retention in swollen feet. For swelling and water retention Why not use lemons and limes in iced tea daily. Using the use ofa total of 4 lemons and limes per day really stops my water retention.

Hi, Ordering pop like coke, diet coke and others do not come on numerous occasions. When something is substituted it should be the same maybe different brand. Can't have an order of can pop then replace with plastic bottles etc.
