Aroma® 20-Cup Programmable Rice & Grain Cooker and Multi-Cooker

Fabulous rice cooker! Quick recipe in case you’re interested: mushrooms, pared apples, onions, frozen spinach, chicken bouillon, butter/EVOO. Then sauté on slow cook cycle until done, add long grain rice and water as usual, and set cooker for white rice. you might have to add a little extra water. Set an additional timer so you can hear it and check it for extra water. The length of time white rice takes 25 minutes so set timer for 15, 20, etc. min., check if needs water. I thought I didn’t need it until I got it. Don’t forget to rinse your rice 5 to 7 times. It makes a difference. Experiment with many different additions to your plain white rice. It’s fun. It’s interesting. I bought about five books on cooking rice. It’s made a big difference even risotto.
