delicious chimichurri
even though chimichurri is supposed to be simple to make, i don't always have the necessary ingredients and even when I do, my attempts aren't always successful. i have been looking for a premade option and was thrilled to find this. it is a perfect marinade for both beef and chicken but i use it more frequently as a sauce and/or dip. the flavor is perfect with just enough garlic—not over powering.
