Sometimes a person just wants something softer in the morning with coffee. These bars are packed full of protien and can fit into a purse, or computer bag or backpack. They taste pretty good as well, a nice combo of oats to honey ratio. Use them as breakfast, or a snack, worth the money if you can find them and they are not sold out

Very few clean (chemical free) choices left to choose from, you can absolutely tell when a company cares about the consumer while still trying to stay in business and make a profit of course but not gouge people for whatever they can get. very Kind!
