Instructions
Prior to serving, rinse blackberries gently with cool water. When handled and stored properly at home, blackberries can stay fresh 3-7 days after purchase. Refrigerating blackberries helps them last longer. We keep our berries refrigerated and highly recommend you keep them in the original container and refrigerate them as soon as possible as well. Do not wash them prior to refrigeration. How to Freeze: 1. Gently wash the blackberries with cool water 2. Pat lightly with a towel to soak up access water 3. Allow time for the berries to thoroughly dry 4. Evenly lay berries flat side down on a cookie sheet 5. Place cookie sheet into the freezer for approximately 2 hours; or until berries are completely frozen 6. Transfer frozen berries into large plastic zipper bag and seal tightly 8. Write the date on the plastic bag and store in freezer

They arrived perfectly fresh, which is great, but let's be honest, they will likely turn into a science experiment in the back of his dorm fridge by the time midterms roll around. Such a disappointment
So here goes the truth. I LOVE LOVE blackberries, buy them at least twice a month. Well, sadly I have thrown away a lot of money because the pickers do not pay any attention to what looks good or not. In probably a year of buying twice a month, I've only received a good fresh batch maybe 4 times. Every other time they are no good and I can save maybe 5 or 6 berries out of the pack. I know what you're thinking, why do you continue to buy them right? I suppose I'm just stubborn and want them so badly that I continue to tell myself hopefully they'll be good this time. I cannot get my money back because I refuse to pay for delivery service yet have to go into the store EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a delivery to return the item. Makes delivery pointless. * And yes you're seeing this right, aside from the fur (mold), that IS a WORM inside the berry in the last pic!!! so much money down the drain.
