Hanover's halogen infrared heat lamp features a sturdy metal stand with a weighted base designed for use on your deck, patio, porch, balcony, and more. Similar to sunshine, infrared heat is a radiant heat that warms a person or an object directly, rather than heating the air in between. Infrared heat can be felt instantly as soon as you turn it on so there's no waiting for it to warm up. Downward heat direction warms up to 56-sq. ft. around the heater so there's plenty of warmth to go around. Two heat settings allow you to choose your warmth level from High to Low. In addition, an outdoor infrared heater saves energy by using less power to create the same amount of heat as traditional gas heaters and there is no smoke or fumes. An 86-inch power cord uses a standard 120V outlet so you have flexibility on where you place the heater. Extend the use of your outdoor living space with a Hanover halogen infrared stand heater.

they are easy to assemble. Has a switch for high %26 low heat However, when they came the bottom plate was dented and scratched , it was sent in separate packaging. They told me my order arrived. I was missing the long pole which came the next day . I put in a return claim to and the meantime I ordered another one to replace it. So now I have two both of them were damaged. The cold weather hit us here in Texas so I kept both of them to give my cats some relief from the cold
